• Any leads, enquires, or requirement which gets generated from hotel for the region of Andhra Pradesh must be Directed to us, (It’s quite possible that our Marketing team would go for sales call, and produce the print material of hotel, where in the client may call up directly to hotel anticipating better rate and in this scenario our result would not be materialized)
• Apart from Hyderabad City to the other parts of Andhra Pradesh our team would do the sales blitz on the regular interval bases depending on the sales potential.
• Any service given extra that is not mentioned in the service voucher, hotel has to collect the payment directly from the guest.
• Any confusion or dispute against payment has to be sorted‐out before the client check out from the hotel, later no claim will be entertained.
• Any booking coming directly to the hotel by travel agents through the region of Andhra Pradesh would be routed through Future‐Tel Hotels & Resort and we will be entitled for the incentive.
• Hotel will not authorize anyone else for reservation & marketing in Andhra Pradesh.
• Any packages to be floated in the market by Future‐Tel Hotels & Resort will be undertaken by consulting and taking the necessary approval from the Hotel.
• Any expense for promotional activities in Andhra Pradesh should be borne by the Hotel with mutual concerns
